1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ColdStoreApp software and services provided by A. G. Software Technologies (AGSoft), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
ColdStoreApp provides cold storage management software including but not limited to:
- Stock inward and outward management
- Billing and invoicing
- Accounting and financial reports
- Mobile application for Android devices
- Cloud data synchronization and backup
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Subscription & Payment
Our software is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, including its source code, design, and content, is owned by A. G. Software Technologies (AGSoft) and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the software.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the software. We provide tools for data export and deletion. We do not claim ownership over your business data.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A. G. Software Technologies (AGSoft) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh.
